Angioimmunoblastic lymphadenopathy with dysproteinemia (AILD) is a systemic disease of uncertain etiology, in which the major pathologic findings are present in lymph node. The association of AILD with pure red cell aplasia is rare. We experienced a case of AILD associated with pure red cell aplasia in bone marrow. The patient was a 56 year old male patient who had fever, generalized lymphadenopthy, hepatosplenomegally, anemia and showed severe autoagglutinated red blood cells and hypergammaglobulinemia.
